- Passes are not transferable
- Family Passes are limited to folks living in the same household
- Passes are limited to our operating hours and are subject to closures for any reason including but not limited to: reservoir events, weather, or any other policy or closure that may prevent a booking from being made
- Buddy passes are subject to our standard refund and cancellation policy
- Membership bookings must be adjusted or cancelled with 12 hours notice, cancellation within said time period will be charge a $5 cancellation fee, no-shows will be charged a $10 fee
- Off-site rentals will not be available until the 2026 season
- Memberships are non-refundable
- Memberships do not include park entry
