Weather Cancellations & Rebooking

What If I am Running Late?

We will always try to rebook you at a later time depending on availability. We understand that life happens and we may be able to offer a raincheck as well.

How Can I Rebook or Adjust My Reservation?

If you made a reservation and are over 24hrs out please select the rebook button in your confirmation email. Here you’ll be able to change the craft, location or time of your booking. If there is an adjustment that you’d like to make but are unable please just respond to your confirmation email.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you make a reservation you will be able to rebook yourself!

What Kind of Weather Would Cause a Cancellation?

Safety is our top priority! A couple of quick rules: If there’s lightning nearby (or on the way) or if winds hit 15+ MPH, it’s a no-go.

Since Colorado’s weather changes fast, we do 30-minute weather holds and reassess after that. We’ll always keep you in the loop!

What If There is Bad Weather?

We totally get that weather can be unpredictable! If the conditions aren’t great, we’re happy to reschedule or hook you up with a raincheck to use anytime. Just a heads-up—park entrance fees might not be refundable, so keep an eye on your email for updates.
