SUP Yoga builds balance, strength, and flexibility while challenging your core and helping you connect with your body in a new way. Set against a peaceful lake backdrop, it is the perfect way to relax, reset, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.

Class Layout

On Land Instruction (15 minutes)
Learn basic paddle techniques and get comfortable on your board before heading out.

On Water Practice (1 hour)
Flow through yoga poses while balancing on the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
