Beginner SUP Lesson Details

Perfect for first time paddlers, our beginner SUP lessons focus on balance, proper paddling technique, and essential water safety. Led by certified instructors, you will learn how to stand up, steer your board, and feel more comfortable on the water in a fun, supportive environment. No experience is needed and all ages are welcome, making this the ideal way to start your paddleboarding journey.

Class Layout

On Land Instruction (15–20 minutes)
Learn basic paddleboarding fundamentals, including board etiquette, paddling technique, balance tips, and safety guidelines.

On Water Practice (45–60 minutes)
Head onto the lake to practice standing up, steering, and building confidence with guidance from your instructor.

Free Paddle Time
Wrap up with time to explore on your own and enjoy the water at your own pace.
